mr.smee 2015
Inspiration for Mr. Smee family of pendant lamps came from vintage cold blast kerosene lanterns that were used for lighting without electricity, such as in regions without rural electrification, in electrified areas during power outages, at campsites, and on boats.

Lamp was designed for business client, and it was meant to be produced in small series. Again, use of simple production technologies was very important.
Aluminum part are obtained bu deep metal spinning, using 2 molds, but producing 4 different parts of the lamp. Two aluminum parts are joined together by plywood ring. Light diffuser is a half sphere made of polythene
